Encouraged by the success of the "Forestine" with its silky crispy sugar sheath, Georges Forest pushes the boundries of his alchemy to create a new coating for his soft-centered sweets : in a crunchy nougatine shell, the "Amandines" the "Noisettes" and the "Richelieu" reveal new succulent home made pralines or flavoured "almond cream", made to carefully preserved recipes...
Then, eager to discover even more new crispy - soft combinations, his imagination runs to a delicately chesnut flavoured almond cream, coated in the finest of crispy caramel shell !
